About Us

Many devices have been created to reduce or eliminate unwanted vibration using Hertz's contact theory to increase the damping ratio. But the various contact points of those devices are not in equilibrium and are not stable, resulting in a low damping ratio, resulting in the sound quality not reaching the full potential of the audio equipment.
SYSBAL has come up with a new idea to solve the problem of reducing vibration equipment, with the following sequence of background.
Year 2020 :
  • Experiment with creating different types of isolation feet to reduce the vibration of audio equipment.
  • Discovered how to reduce vibration with contact stress between adjacent sets of three ball bearings per layer that are stacked in a plurality of layers within the damper housing, which always keeps the contact stress in a stable equilibrium state, resulting in sound quality to the full potential of the audio equipment.
Year 2022 :
  • Design, develop and test the damping performance in the test laboratory.
  • Design and production for the SYSBAL S1 Series will be available in 2023.

The SYSBAL : Vibration Isolation Feet

by placing the SYSBAL between the audio equipment and a supporting surface which can touch an uneven surface, providing contact stresses between adjacent sets of three ball bearings per layer that are stacked in a plurality of layers within the SYSBAL housing, which ensures that the contact stresses are always kept in stable equilibrium. This results in a high damping ratio to reduce vibration when using the audio equipment, it quickly stops the vibration back to equilibrium by converting the vibration energy into heat, keeping the human hearing frequency range minimally disturbed, resulting in sound quality to the full potential of the audio equipment.
